We are delighted to be working with The Food People, a food trends organisation which shares our passion for good food. Like us, they recognise the important role that food has to play in improving the health and education of children and young people.

Today they have launched the The Food People Foundation which will partner with charities who use food as a force for good to shift food provision and food education for future generations.

They are donating 1p from every £1 of revenue as well as raising money through exciting initiatives. This includes their Virtual Trends Summit which is taking place on 24th November. Attended by over 2,000 industry experts from around the world, they are asking delegates to donate the cost of the ticket price to their Foundation.

“We’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with Chefs in Schools, who as a young and highly ambitious charity, are rooted in our joint mission of using food as a force for good; specifically to improve the health and education of children and young people.” Through the Food People Foundation, we can all do our bit to support the amazing efforts of Chefs in Schools.” – Charles Banks, Co-founder of The Food People

Funding from the Food People Foundation will enable us to continue our vital work in transforming school food and food education in schools to improve the health of future generations. It will also support our vital campaigning work which is calling for an end to child food poverty.
