The book is a celebration of the great food being served in schools and the people passing on their passion for food to future generations. There are recipes from school chefs – including Samia’s samosas, breads made by SouSou, Charlie and Sara’s Ethiopian Chicken Stew, falafels from Jacob and Sam at Woodmansterne – appearing alongside recipes from our patrons and supporters, such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Henry Dimbleby, Thomasina Miers, Anna Jones, plus our incredible chef trainers and food educators Nerissa and Tom.

There are also heaps of tips that Nicole and Joanna have learned about what works well when it comes to feeding kids great food.
