How much does a transformation programme cost?
The cost always differs because our transformation programme is designed to be bespoke for each school. Thanks to generous funders we can subsidise a transformation programme. Get in touch with our transformation team to find out more.
Will you support the entire kitchen team?
Absolutely, our expert chef trainers work in the kitchen itself with the teams, training them on new menus, child nutrition and chef skills. We provide support with procurement, menu design and food education.
Does Chefs in Schools offer transformation packages in my area?
We offer programmes in regions across the country. We are also seeking schools who are passionate about being beacons of excellence in school food, so if this is your school, please get in touch with us as we are expanding our reach across the county.
How long does a transformation programme take?
We work with schools for an intensive one year period. For the first few weeks, you’ll work closely with our chef trainers and transformation experts. We’ll then return and offer ongoing support at set stages. Once the year ends though, we keep our lines of communication open, always on hand to offer support, advice and resources. And your team can use our online school food hub for ideas, inspiration and support.
